1. How do I join the Fox and Rose Salon Loyalty Rewards Program?

   - Joining our Loyalty Rewards Program is easy and free! Simply provide us with your valid phone number, email, and birthday to enroll in-store.

 

2. How do I earn points?

   - You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on any product purchases in our salon.

 

3. What can I redeem my points for?

   - You can redeem your points for any product or service offered by Fox and Rose Salon.

 

4. Do my points expire?

   - No, your points never expire. You can save them up and use them whenever you like.

 

5. How much are my points worth?

   - 100 points equals $5 in rewards that you can apply to your purchases.

 

6. Can I use my rewards online?

   - Unfortunately, rewards cannot be used for online purchases. They are only valid for in-salon products and services.

 

7. What are the birthday benefits?

   - You'll receive a FREE in-salon hair treatment added any cut, color or styling service (valued at $49) for your birthday every year. Just remember to schedule your cut, color or styling service within 15 days before or after your birthday.

 

8. What are the Self-Care Bar Gifts?

   - During every service appointment visit, you can enjoy one free gift from our self-care bar as a token of our appreciation. 

 

9. How do I get early access to promotions?

   - As a Loyalty Rewards member, you'll receive early access to exclusive service and product promotions. Stay tuned and check your emails for our exciting offers!

 

10. What purchases are not eligible for rewards?

    - Online purchases, gift cards, gratuity, account credit, services and taxes are not eligible for earning or redeeming rewards.

 

11. How can I check my points balance?

    - You can check your points balance with our salon staff during your visit, or you can inquire via phone, text or email.

 

12. Can I transfer my rewards to someone else?

    - Rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the member who earned them.

 

13. How do I update my contact information?

    - To update your contact information, simply inform our salon staff during your visit, and they will assist you in making the necessary changes.

14. Can I exchange my rewards for cash?
   - No, rewards earned through our Loyalty Rewards Program cannot be redeemed for cash. They are exclusively for use within our salon for products and services.
