All bookings require a credit card to secure appointments. You may cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your appointment.
Appointment Cancellation Policy (January-October)
Service Providers at Fox & Rose Salon have a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

If you cancel, reschedule or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service scheduled.
​
If you cancel, reschedule or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of your service scheduled.
​
This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Holiday Cancellation Policy (November-December)
We are looking forward to seeing you for your holiday appointment. Due to increased demand during the busy holiday season, we do require a 7 day notice of any appointment rescheduling or cancellations. Any appointment cancellation less than 7 days advance notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your service booked.

Booking Fee is due prior to rescheduling any appointment.

Due to this increase in demand we can not guarantee to fit you back on your preferred stylists schedule prior to January, if any adjustments are made to your appointment after this booking. If your service is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, the full service amount will be charged.
